Urgent Help Needed topic

I accidently deleted some .odex file in I8262 and then many apps forced closed themselves. So I rebooted the phone but after vibrating, it shows the Model number and Then BOOT animation And gets stuck where SAMSUNG logo is glowing with blue background.
Now I think I soft-bricked my phone, Can I recover it, if yes how?
Most of my vids and imgs are in ext sdcard so I suppose they are safe
Can I recover Contacts and messages?
Note that before this **** happened, my core was rooted....
Need urgent HELP!!!
