Well guys, I want to start with I hope this is the right section.

So anyway I have a little problem here. I have an old HTC Droid Incredible 2, that I rooted years ago. Well a few years ago when this was my daily driver, it displayed an error picture. Because it was so long I don't remember what it was, but I do remember I pulled the battery, and rebooted and all went well for a couple days until it did it again. Repeat process and it happened again and again, until it eventually got to the point where it won't boot. I can get it to boot to the HTC screen, but it locks there. I can get to the boot loader, and go to recovery, then it takes me to clockword Mod. I then tried to boot recovery with that, but every time it tries to boot it locks at the HTC screen. I have also tried to load two different versions of CM on. One said it was successful, but nothing changed, and the other one just plain failed. One last thing I want to add is that when the phone is off the orange/red light in the speaker lights up if plugged in like it's charging. But once it's powered on it no longer does that and the USB is not detected. Is there anyway somebody can help me I really miss this phone, and hate my iPhone.

[Q] MMS problems with Touch of Blue on HTC Incredible topic

I recently flashed Touch of Blue on my Droid Incredible (on PagePlus) and noticed that I can no longer send or receive MMS. I've searched all over to find a solution but nothing has worked. I've tried editing my apn settings within Chomp SMS and installing Page Plus Messages to no avail. I have my wifi off and data on. MMS worked fine with previous rom's. I can access the internet with my data, it's just the MMS that's not working. Is there any solution to this?

hi everyone,
i am having a really bad day.

I had incredible s stock 4.0.4 installed, unlocked, s-on, hboot 2.002

I've tried to download the latest 4.4.2 rom i found in the forum, the device showed the update is completed, then the device restarted and froze on HTC screen.

I've tried to install other roms and it didn't work as well, moreover, the device can not be detected by pc without a reason.

I've cleared all caches by the way.. any one can help !

Can someone pls help me with all my doubts?

1. Can I install STOCK Kitkat on IncS? Or any other Android version, but stock? I need that for debugging and got this used IncS for free... Just not sure if I can install stock ROM on HTC IncS.
2. If Yes, can someone direct me there?
3. If Not, what alternatives do I have? I need a daily use, stable ROM. (Thats also why looking for Stock Android)..

:( need help. I have a HTC Incredible 2 and followed a meticulous way to unlock the boot loader and flashed the clockworkmod recovery. Everything worked fine until I tried to flash cyanogen 10. I think the phone may be bricked because it will only rebooot to the white HTC screen. I have tried instructions and videos on youtube but I cannot figure out what to do. I did this with s-on. I have tried the RUU flashes or PG32IMG.lzip but again I cant get antwhere. Now I cant get it unlocked after the relock and it will not recognize the device in adb but does in fastboot. Anyway, will someone please help me either get back to stock or hopefully flash a new Rom to the phone. I am also new to XDA so I dont even know if this is where to post to get help.Thank you and I strongly look forward to receiving a response and help.[/B]:crying:

My incredible S wont turn on topic

i was trying to clean the board of my incredible s and i was using hot blower i think i set it too hot then after that my incredible s wont turn on already. may i know what part of the board was affected and if ill still be able to find the parts?
