I paid full price last year for my 16 gig S4 to keep my unlimited data but it really no use since there is no wireless tether working with ME7. The phone is rooted. Now paying with 450 mins, 250 texts and unlimited data. So I can pay 0 estimated for a 32gig S5 and keep the above plan or Sign contract pay 0 and have unlimited talk and text and 2 gig of data but be able to tether with the verizon app with a monthly cost of or plus the taxes. Seems that's the way to go. Am I wrong? Please explain why.
I just spotted this and I'm not clear when they will deploy
I have 50+20 this is unlimited on mobile and 2.5gb mobile hotspot.
Now the new plan is 50+30 unlimited on mobile and 5gb mobile hotspot.
If you retain your current, your unlimited on mobile will cut to 5gb and they will bump your 2.5 to 5gb.
I'm not sure if we retain the unlimited since this is an old plan... (granfathered) I hate to add more. I really don't care about mobile hotspot on getting doubled... we all know the workaround here..

So in my quest to find a app that would allow me to record video on my phone with the screen off i came across SVR PRO. I tried it on my S4 and it worked perfectly so i decided to load it on my gear. Well...Well its God sent on the gear. You can record video with the screen off for unlimited amounts of time making your gear the ultimate spy gadget or at home video record or whatever you would like to use it as. In order to get it to function properly i changed the DPI to 120 and the video quality to 640x480 and it works perfectly. I have recorded video for 5 minutes with the screen off and all was well.
Just a heads up for everyone who has unlimited data, a good freind of mine that works for att told me today that att is gonna get rid of everyones unlimited data within the next few months and put them on a data plan. She told me that there keeping it quiet so after they change everybodies plan itll be too late to go back to unlimited. Just a heads up for the people who havent heard about it since I havent seen anything about if myself

I have signed up for the Music Unlimited service through the Walkman app.
Everything is working perfectly except for the fact that the offline Playlists are being saved to the internal memory by default and there is no actual option within the app to change the save location to the SD card.
I understand this is because the music is not downloaded in actual .mp3 format - but in a format that can be saved to app data and allow for easy encryption in the event someone does not continue paying their monthly subscription.
Is there any app I could use to move the application data to the SD card without losing any core functionality?
Hi there, I purchased a Xperia Z Ultra from Hong kong, its running on android 4.2.2 at the moment, I've updated the walkman app but I can't find the option to sign into music unlimited.
