Cannot use update centre via mobile data topic

Hi guys,

Small issue I have with the Sony Update Centre - it is unusable without being connected to WiFi. The option to enable mobile data is greyed out and I haven't been able to figure out how to resolve it.

Does anyone have any ideas?
