confusion in admob payment topic

Hey guys

I am really very confused about admob payment.
When will I get paid for the January month.
In my admob account its showing

Payment ID Date Payment Type Amount

Why the money is showing in -ive

I heard that you get the January payment on 15th of April. But there is nothing I got in my paypal

Any idea when can i get paid :(
