After trying all the roms , I'm sure to recommend
" Mokee OpenSource Project" as the best option for your RAZR HD with KITKAT.
I dont have privileges to create a complete thread for your download it directly ( if any of you can do it please do it ) .
features:
Battery life: +24 hrs full use
3G Speed: 20 % faster than the original Rom . (really)
App speed and OS speed: 20 % faster than the original Rom .
Everything works .
Look for it on google :
device = xt925 download mfunz
( change for XT926 or if you have one) and download the latest . You must install it with CWM , full wipe after it is installed, install the rom , full wipe again and wipe cache partition , and restart the phone . It takes several minutes to load the first time , have patience (lots ) .
If you want to install google aps , google search :
im goo / devs / paranoidandroid / roms / gapps -mini
(not recommend install it in the same time the ROM) .
