device not turning on topic

in need of help!!
my device won't turn on, just a few hours it did!
i did nothing, one minute it worked perfectly and the other minute it didn't
i replaced the battery with a new one but it didn't help, i took it to a lab and the tech guy told that its an internal memory problem and he need to replace the flash drive... does anybody know this problem?
