Give me the right to share topic

I have been on this forum for last month and when ever i try to post or create a new thread with pictures it stops me and this is very irritating
First i tried to share something then it stopped me and gave a reason that i need more than 10 posts and after that i tried to increase my post count by appreciating other works again it stopped me so tell me what to do......
