Help Reset Double-Tap Home to Default Function topic

As the title implies, I want to reset the function of double-tap home to the default setting on the HTC One. I think the default function is Recent Apps, or the multitasking window or whatever. Currently I have double-tapping the HTC logo as the Recent Apps function, but having the logo as a button is a nuisance. Double tap home right now is unused and I can't seem to find a way to set to Recent Apps function.

How can I manually change the double-tap home key to the Recent Apps function on the HTC One? It is currently rooted.
