How to change "LG country update file" ??? topic

I have LG G2 that is on Telenor network 220-01 in Serbia. And no matter what other original software I install (HKG,Open Europe,Italy Open,...) It always gets back with update to Serbian Telenor version... What to do to stick to that software I chose? Like on Samsung. When you chose like EUROPE open it stick to it and every next update it gets for EUROPE open...
