I'm here with my 1st flashable icon pack for galaxy y.I made it many days ago
This icons are based on ics theme but not exact ics icons
Hope you'll like it
Just go to cwm recovery and mount every thing...Now install zip from sd card>choose zip from sd card...reboot and done :D
