Internet connecting supposedly 'down' topic

Hi, I seem to have this problem with my phone, where it says that I don't have any Internet connection. I know that it does have connection (my laptop is connected to the same wifi / it doesn't work on mobile data either) , it just seems to think that it doesn't, until I restart the phone / wait a while.

Has anyone else had this problem? / is there a way to resolve it?
