Problems with Echeo v. 12 topic

Hello! Who can help me? I have on my phone (Galaxy Note 3) Echeo v.12 installed. Everything is going great! Then do the same on the phone (Galaxy Note 3) my wife and from this point they can not call cell phone numbers. Everything else such as landline numbers, Internet, Whatsapp and SMS works without problems.
Who can help me there?
