[Q] How to make an application of camera do emit musical notes with the shot? topic

Sorry for my english but I try to do the best I can
I am thinking about to create an app who can take a photo and when it shots, a musical note predetermined by the user (Do, Re, Mi...) sounds at the same time, and regule the volume too. Is it possible? Can anyone guide me? Im absolutelly noob in developing.
