[Q] How to recover from corrupted upgrade to 4.4.2 via OTA.. topic

Hello,

this is my first post on xda and it all starts with a problem ;).Due to my recent upgrade to 4.4.2 (via OTA) I suffer issues that prevent me to use my smartphone.[ I got nonbranded Note 3, bought in Poland].
Below some issues I got after upgrading :
- touchscreen 'freezes' and doesn’t respond [phone works i see for example incoming msg or emails] [random]
- when receiving the call - touchscreen is dead so i cannot answer the call.. [random]
- from time to time i got the message "[random process] has been stopped....] - it happens when I’m not even using the phone
- it happens that the phone does self-mini-restart. It goes blackscreen, then samsung logo appears and then it gets back to home screen

Problems above don’t happen all the time, but they are so frequent that using the phone becomes impossible.. :(

Now, what I've done to solve the problem :
- full wipe - factory settings from android
- full wipe - wipe/factory reset from recovery mode
- full cache wipe from recovery mode
- I've tested all "turn off recovery, trash case etc.' options
- downloaded firmware from sammyfirmware

" and used Odin3 v 3.09 to upload it.

Unfortunately anything from above helped :( I'm 99% sure that it is not a hardware problem - the isuess started to occur just after the OTA upgrade. First restart and after phone call the phone freezed and it begun.
Maybe some of You have any idea how to - recover form this situation. Thanks in advance.
