[Q] need very easy steps to install tenderloin updates topic

First, thanks to all of the creators who made it possible to bring life to my almost useless touchpad
Some how I was able to load the evervolv stuff in here and ILOVE IT now I need to know if and how I need to install the nightlys I have already downloaded. i need very simple step by step instructions
