[Q] Problems with Hisense EG902 topic

So i have some problems in my phone (Hisense EG902/AD686G)

1. When charging, only show low battery icon (maybe the phone trying to boot but it's not allowed)
2. The loose micro usb port. i need to tilt the cable until it charged.
3. The battery only can be charged to 58-59%
