[Q] Question about Safestrap & Encryption, Note 3 topic

I noted Hashcode's disclaimer about bootlooping if encryption is enabled and you install safestrap here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2572978, and his wording suggested you might be able to install safestrap recovery, then encrypt the device. Has anyone tried this, or have any thoughts?
