[Q] root for Xoom topic

can anybody help me please...
there is no working link in no forum/thread for an root update.zip :confused:

the link form Universal XOOM Root is not working...

someone got another Idea? please drop me a line and let me know how to root know my Xoom :crying:

P.S. and the thread of the Lord AIO Tool got no working link too... :(
