[Q] Transparent Accuweather in lockscreen topic

Hi everybody, i´ve been searching but with no luck, so i hope someone can help me with this.
How can i have the transparent accuweather widget in the lockscreen, if there is a way.
ATM i´m in Golden Eye 26.
Any help is really appreciated.
