[Q] what memory block is the entire 32gb of internal memory? topic

I need to capture an entire image of my note 3 with cygwin. but I dont know which block is the entire 32gb of my phones internal memory. I was able to find some lists I though. Can someone help me determine which block represents the entire phone?

the goal here is to recover some deleted files so I need to transfer an image of my phone to my computer.
