I would appreciate it loads if you can help with what's happening. A few problems which might be related?
- When I plug my phone into my laptop and access the contents of the phone's memory, most of the files are missing eg music and photos, but they're still accessible on my phone. I've ticked the hidden files box but that made no difference.
- I can't seem to update my phone to the newest firmware version, via WiFi or PC. It says can't install update and this pc is not compatible respectively. I've tried reinstalling, soft resetting and restarting.
