[Q][null rom]double tap for google voice (no gear manager) topic

Hi,
I have the full null rom on my gear. Do not have it paired with a proper samsung phone (so no gear manager that I know of). I have not installed the "home button remap", power button on the gear basically acts like a home button right now.

Double-tapping the powerbutton/homebutton does absolutely nothing right now, not even attempt to bring up s-voice. How do I make it launch the voice search app by google?
