[Question] Change Value inside a adress using c++ topic

Hey guys.
I posted a snipped the other day:

You can easily change anything in your choosen Byte Array.
So for example if i was to nop something or change to a jmp, i would have no problem ;).

My question is... Can i change a value insode a adress i found using sigscan?

If so, how would i do it?
