[Q]update radio and firmware for ATT HTC One topic

Is it safe/OK to flash/update my radio and firmware?

My ATT HTC One get bootloader unlocked and customized recovery to CWM and then rooted. flashed with CM11 and I believe it is still S-on.

Radio:(4.4.2 ATT OTA/4.18.502.7) Radio_4T.24.3218.09_10.26.1718.01L

Firmware:(latest) ATT 4.4.2 OTA/4.18.502.7 Custom Firmware (Stock Boot.img and Stock Recovery removed)
