shv-e120 based on JZO54K.E120SKSJMK1 Jellybean 4.1.2 video call is not working topic

I can't make normal video call on my SHV-E120S.
when I press video call, it says "video call is not supported in international roaming area"...
the same sim used on my s2 was ok before.
any chance to fix this?
