[Theme][Apk] Real S5 Weather working on Note 3 4.3 topic

Hi all,

This is the actual S5 weather from the S5 system dump. It works on our note 3 running 4.3 if you install this zip, then go to manage apps and clear data for Accuweather and Weather.

Instructions:
Reboot to safestrap
Install zip
Reboot
Go to settings/application manager - all/ and clear data for AccuWeather and Weather
Add the weather widget to your home screen
