This is my second release for Rust and it's a good one! Titanium is .NET assembly loader for Rust (might work in other Unity games too). It can load multiple assemblies at a time. The idea is that you don't have to release a complete hack. If you only want to release a CheatPunch bypass or an ESP you can.
To add a cheat put the hack into the folder named "mods". Make sure that it's a folder with loader.ini and <hack name>.dll in it. Open Titanium and click "Select Mods". Select the mods you want and press Save.
This isn't a hack in itself. This will allow other people to release hacks without hacking to do all the harder parts of loading a hack in Unity. This also doesn't load "Assembly-CSharp.dll" or anything like that.
To load the hack click "Inject Titanium" AFTER PRESSING "Play!" IN RUST!

This includes the newest version of RustStripper and an example project on how to make hacks for the loader. There's a readme file that has a basic overview on how to get the project working.
