Update CWM SS vibrant after ODIN back to 2.1 and how to install new ROM maybe 4.4.2? topic

I did ODIN my Samsung Vibrant Tmobile back to 2.1 and root it. I also install the ROM manager, and follow the guide to install the latest version of the ClockWorkMod recovery. However, the latest version my phone can find is 2.5.1.2. How can I update the current version of CWM? I did try to install the ROM avatar-5.0.4-NIGHTLY-20140125-vibrantmtd.zip and BAM-2.0-20140101-KitKat-vibrantmtd, but it did not work. Is there any way for me to update to 4.x from 2.1?
