Won't go past the samsung screen topic

Hi,

I did a full firmware install on my i747m (bell), I reinstalled TWRP and installed a rom on there. I tried to boot and it stayed only on the samsung screen, tried to install the rom again but still the same thing, installed another rom but same thing. Any idea on how I can fix this?
