I just received my OTA Kit Kat update for the International version and started updating, but the download is going reaaally slow. It got to 6% for 20-30 minutes and it's just 500mb. Does anyone know why is that?

[REALLY NEED HELP] Flashtool doesn't allow my Xperia U to flash ROMs/kernels topic
Hi...
I wanted to flash a kernel, so I entered into fastboot mode with the "up" volume holded, and then, the blue LED appeared, but then, it just dissappeared! So Flashtool didn't flash anything.
Again, and again, one time and other, and again.
I get bored and decided to flash the ROM I had in CWM, so I flashed it from CWM and now, I cannot turn on my phone cause it makes bootlogo.
Flashtool still does the same thing with my device when I'm trying to flash any Stock Rom or Kernel.
Please, I need the phone for daily usage and for tomorrow.
What can I do? I can enter to CWM but I don't know more things to do to solve this problem...
Help, please.

I really need your help - Stuck at boot screen topic
Hi everyone, my Nexus is stuck at the boot screen and won't go into recovery.
I flashed a new kernel and when I rebooted the phone, it became suck at the boot screen.
I've looking at other threads but none of those solutions are working for me.
Running CM11 m4 Snapshop
Happened when transitioning from stock CM kernel to franco r34.
All answers are appreciated. Also, I'm pretty new to all this so please elaborate. :) Thank you.

Phone has stopped working - need really fast help! topic
Hi. I tried to flash newest version of GApps (full modulare which I have never use before, allways the stock) and newest version of CyanogenMod 11 Nightly. I'm also using CWM Recovery 6.0.4.6 in my GT-I9300. Someone in CyanogenMod forums told me to wipe all data/factory, cache and dalvic cache to make CM's trebuchet, before flashing a new ROM and GApps.
I tried that and result was that I'm getting the ****ing "PHONE HAS STOPPED WORKING" - problem.. Huger problem is that I need this phone tommorow in work, and it ruins my day totally if I don't get it work by tommorow.
Because of Wipe ALL data / factory reset, I do not have even any backup file in my device. What to do to fix it!?

Really bad battery problems topic
I'm having really bad battery problems with my girlfriends phone.
We were running pa jelly bean and we bought a new battery to try fix the problem as its quite an old phone.
Still had the same problem so tried pa kit kat. That didn't fix it either.
Basically the phone will charge to 100% then go down normally to about 40 or 60% then it will totally die and when you put it back on charge it will he at zero again. So she's really not getting a use out of the phone at all. Am I going to need to flash stock again? Anyone had this problem before?
Thanks
Steven

[Q] will 64gb really work on glide.?? topic
considering buying a 32gb class 10 or 64gb class 10...will 64gb be accepted buy the phone...
So does the Z1 really comes with a Screen protector topic
I've seen a Youtube video where a guy removed an official Sony screen protector. No not the one with the translucent plastic pull-out tab.
He used a knife to remove it. Bad thing was, the Sony logo was embedded on the screen protector. So if you remove the screen protector, the Sony logo goes along with it.
Any of you guys tried it then used a different screen protector?

Is there really that much difference between 4.1.2 and 4.4? topic
I'm using Stock 4.1.2 and except 5ghz wifi isn't working am pretty happy with it.
Do the later custom roms add enough performance enhancements to warrant the effort? For me the 'proper' dpi and tablet layout of stock is highly preferred so any other layout is really not desired.
Thanks.

S4 shutter really slow? topic
I noticed this phone has very horrible low-light performance (super blurry photos) with or without anti-shake enabled (I keep it off now). Night mode does help a LOT but I am wondering if anyone knows why this camera is so bad? Not trolling when I compare it to the iPhone 4, 5, HTC One X, and HTC One to the S4 that the former are so much better... Maybe Samsung phones just do not have the hardware to produce decent photos?
I do have minor shake in my hand but it was never an issue with any of the other phones I mentioned.
Anyone else experience the same issue (and yes, I have removed the plastic surrounding the lens)?

Really disappointed with the Z1S. topic
I'm coming from an S3 so why does everything about this phone feel so dated? Design wise this phone is huge and clunky, I don't know what they were thinking...it doesn't feel comfortable in the hand at all. The UI/firmware is weak too. My old S3 had a lot more options to make things easier and faster going through my phone. The Z1S's UI is too basic and boring. It doesn't have a menu button and it doesn't have an option to add apps onto your lockscreen.
The screen is also underwhelming...my brother's HTC One gives off a sharper image while the Z1S has washed out colors. The camera is also worse than I thought...especially since it was touted as being better than most...every picture I take has a grainy effect and doesn't come close to my brother's phone, it's a joke. There are a couple of things I do like about it...it has great signal strength and the battery does last a good while. Overall, it's just a dated experience...even more dated than my S3.
