[Q] BootLoop ADB device not found topic

I was trying to install Cyanogenmod on my AT&T HTC One X and everything was going well until I mistakenly flashed the kernel before installing the ROM. Now I'm stuck in a bootloop. I did already transfer the cyanogenmod ROM to /sdcard/ with adb, but unfortunately now when I go into CWM to install it I get the status 7 assert failed error. I'm completely new to this but after searching it looks like I need to delete the first line of code in the updater script file and repack the ROM and then transfer it over to /sdcard/.

Only problem is with my phone in it's current state, when I do adb push it says error: device not found...

Any suggestions?

[Q] Recovery Bootloop topic

So recently i tried to update my twrp recovery and i used goomanager on my phone and i think i used the wrong file because after that file was flashed i can no longer get into recovery mode. Every time i get in to recovery mode it show in the top left recovery mode and then goes into a bootloop and repeats that even taking the battery out cant fix this because when you turn it on it does the same thing...i fixed this by going into odin and flashing cwm recovery md5 file which i assumed would replace the recovery on my phone...but it didnt and i no longer go into recovery mode or flash roms. I would appreciate any help on this if I can fix this problem somehow or if there are other ways to flash roms...i have been looking for ways to flash roms using odin.....Thank You

[Q] Stuck on bootloop after restarting topic

Hi xda, I'm writing here because I'm unable to boot my phone after restarting it today, it goes like this, I noticed that the power button was taking longer than usual (2 secs) to power off the screen, so I restarted the phone to see if that would fix it, but since then it's been stuck on the cyanogenmod boot screen. If it's any help, I froze with Titanium Backup the Sim Toolkit app last night, but other than that, I haven't updated the ROM in the last 3 days or so.

I'm currently using CM 11 nightlies.

What I have tried to get it working but to no avail:
* Upgrading CWM Recovery
* Wiping cache and dalvik's cache
* Factory rebooting/Wipe data
* Flashing CM 11 Snapshot

But its still stuck on the bootloop

Any ideas on what's happening?

PD: English is not my native language, so I'm sorry for any mistake made.

Stuck in CWM bootloop after OTA topic

Im going to do my best to keep this as short as possible. After a forced OTA last night, my D801 is now stuck in a bootloop where I am forced into CWM. I was running stock rooted at the time when it happened. I have tried flashing a backup and a new ROM with no luck. I've done all the necessary wipes before and after as well as the ADB Shell fix that was mentioned in another thread based off of the same issue except with TWRP.

I have come to the conclusion that my only option at this point is to flash the stock KDZ. My issue with this is that LG Mobile Support Tools will not install even with all the fixes applied. I would love to just revert back to stock and be done with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

[Q] Something maybe between Brick and Bootloop topic

Anyone who can answer,
I own a Swipe Legend. Its specifications are listed below.
I last did 2 things due to which it may have happened.
1. I was using ROM Toolbox Pro to change my font and backup old. I didn't like the new font so restored my old one. But there were too many fonts in the backup, so I thought they were in different uses. I selected all and rebooted. My battery suddenly dropped to about 25% from 48% during changing font some minutes before, and the brightness of pre-boot image was high, I plugged it during that image. Rest is in 2nd reason why I think it could have happened.
2. I put it on charger, forgot it and slept. Later after about 4 hours or so, I did unplug it but it is not working since then. However, this has happened a couple of times with me.
I hope you can help.
Problem: Sorry for not stating the problem first, but I am putting in sequence of time.
Whenever I start it, I can do just 4 things:-
1.See the pre-boot image
2.See the boot animation(the reason I can not show it, as it shows that my phone was rooted. Other reason is that the 1 year warranty is over)
3.Go to the recovery mode
4.See the 'Android is upgrading....' screen
After the 'Android is upgrading....' screen, it goes back to boot animation, then back to the 'Android is upgrading....' screen, and finally after some time screen gets off and I can not turn it on, although I can turn on light of the buttons by power button. Screen gets on for battery notification, and I can see the 'Android is upgrading....' screen. I can always take it to recovery mode, but can not switch it off once it is on so I have to wait for battery to finish. So it may not be bootloop, because that happens just 1 time when it goes back to boot animation. It is also not bricked, as it can do the 4 things.
Solutions already tried:
1. I have hard reset the phone at first.
2. I tried adb and fastboot but they do not recognize my device, maybe due to resetting of USB debugging option after the reset
3. No ROM or CWM is available on my phone, after searching and even using Goo manager
4. I tried removing the SD card after reset, but condition is same
About the phone:-
Name: Swipe Legend
Model: Alps hexxing77_ics2
Android: v4.0.4
Memory: 4GB ROM+32GB SD+512MB RAM
Processor: 2x1.5GHz Dual core(But I think it to be 1GHz dual core due to analysis by apps like Pi)
Screen: 7 inch
Pixels: 800*480
Status: Originally rooted, but maybe root is lost after reset
Already experienced reset: Yes, but it was not rooted by that time
USB Debugging: Was on last time, but maybe offed after factory reset
More details: I can not get the links but it can be searched on amazon or a site like naaptol.com.(I'm from India so don't know any shopping sites of other countries)
If any detail is missing, you may ask.
Please help if you can

[Q] [LG L7] II P710 stuck in weird bootloop topic

Phone : Android 4.1.2 JellyBean LG L7 II P710

After trying to flash my bootloader with Flash_bootloader.bat from a folder called L7CWM, thinking it would work since the original poster said it worked for all L7 Devices, my phone wouldn't turn on, the LG logo appears, goes off, reapears and so on...

So I downloaded KDZ, tried to install V10K , with the first V10K, I set the phone type to 3GQCT, phone mode to both DIAG and EMERGENY, didn't work, both time errors, when I saw WPARAM 100 and LPARAM 1002, I instinctevly googled it, and there was a guy who said that downloading "his" version of V10K helped him, so I did... what happened? After using KDZ on DIAG mode with the new V10K, here's the log

Now my phone won't enter emergency mode or even boot normally, both times while trying to boot or trying to enter emergency causes a black screen with horizontal white lines, then a complete black screen , then another set of white lines... Similar to a bootloop just, with some scary white lines...

Any help possible or is my phone dead forever?

[Q] Stuck in a bootloop topic

Hi everyone,

I have my AT&T HTC One that's stuck in a bootloop due to me flashing a ROM (ARHD). I did not notice I still had S-On (S-Off is needed to flash the ROM) and now stuck in a loop. I can access recovery (TWRP 2.6.3.3) but sideload just stays at the message that's says its starting.
Bootloader is also accessible, I have all my adb files and fastboot files. I just want to get back to stock 4.3 or 4.4.2, or even a custom rom if it'll work.

Here are my vars:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.56.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4T.24.3218.09

[Q] Crashed while using then stuck in bootloop topic

My phone fell on the ground today with the battery popping out.I put the battery back in,turned on the phone and everything was normal without any glitch.
I was on whatspp trying to load some photo when it crashed and rebooted but got stuck in a bootloop.I have a lot of PMs and photos on whatspp so it wasn't the first time it has crashed over loading a photo but why get stuck in bootloop now??
I'm on 4.1.2 and rooted.I can get into recovery mode and I even mounted the internal storage and could see the files on my computer.
So how do I fix this without formatting anything or flashing a new ROM?I don't want to lose anything.
Any help is appreciated.

Bootloop trouble HTC One X topic

Hi all, having some trouble with my HTC One X.
I've had it for about 1.5 years with no problems at all, until tonight.
I was using Snapchat, put the phone down on charger ( was at 5% battery) and then had a nap.
Woke up and found it was boot looping, tried to get into the boot loader but it reboots within seconds of me getting to the boot loader screen and I can't select anything.

Any suggestions?

Cheers.

[Q] Stuck in CWM bootloop topic

I had kitkat speedmod rom and i did factory reset in phone settings and not in cwm. I couldn't boot the phone in to rom. it always booted up in cwm. I then did factory reset in cwm, wiped cache and dalvik and installed the rom again. I later found some ways online by entering the command in terminal emulator app and there are ways to boot into rom (using power and volume down or reboot now in cwm and volume down), but none work for me. HELP

I Mean I've read I've tried it's all second nature to me flashing twrp isn't hard ...Done it a million times but I just took the 4.2.2 ota and rooted with cf auto root which gets a boot loop I learned the hard way unless u use the cf auto for 9005 international .
I can't get twrp to boot into recovery with volume up home and power
let alone don't even know if it installed at all every time I try to install it with Odin It flashes but I get boot loop I tried with flashify boot loop tried with goo manager Boot loop
Tried version 2.6.3.9 tried 2.6.3.8
What's the trick here with twrp and 4.2.2 ota .Doesn't work and Bootloop issues when manually booting into twrp

Recovery Bootloop Help!! topic

Flashed Philz touch CWM. Flashed BAM ROM. IT ran fine for a day and a half. Flashed the custom kernel, and immediately started getting recovery bootloops. Instead of the boot message saying "Secure Booting Error Cause:Device Unlock, So boot Success." It said, " Secure Booting Error Cause:Certification Verify" then I rebooted, and it just went to recovery. I reflashed everything minus the custom kernel, and it gave me the regular message, but it won't actually boot. Someone PLEASE help!!!

Help Please!! Recovery Bootloop topic

I flashed the kernel that is in general section. I have had it before with no issues. I recently flashed Philz Touch CWM. Along with BAM ROM. After flashing the kernel, the little "secure booting error" message came up, but it said "certification verify" or something like that. I then booted back into recovery using the hardware keys, wiped everything, and reflashed. Now whenever I turn it on, it boots directly back into Philz Touch. Somebody please help

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Bootloop topic

Hi. Please help. I have been running CM10.1 on my rooted tablet and I decided to try CM11. I don't know what I have done but CM11 did not work so I tried to go back to CM10.1, and that just gets stuck on the boot screen. I have tried several different Roms and they all get stuck on the boot screen. The only Rom that will work is CM9.1? I don't know what I could have done to cause this. I am running Philz Touch 6.12.8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
