Enter Pin with Broken Digitizer topic

My girlfriend dropped her phone and broke most of the digitizer, the screen works fine and looks normal, but only the bottom third half of the digitizer works. I need to find a way to enter the pin so I can get the pictures off her old phone and put them on her new phone. I'm not looking for a way to bypass the security, I'm just looking for a way to enter the pin with a broken digitizer. Any help would be appreciated.

HEY GUYS !!
I am new to xda so im not sure if i have posted it at the right place.
anyway, my phone (galaxy pocket GTS5300) is rooted runs on infuzion 2 kernel and has hydroperia v2 custom rom(i followed the instructions from xda)
so recently i wanted to increase its ram so i partioned my external sd and installed swapper 2 (just like the post in xda),everything went all right
then i downloaded "file2sd"" from play store and installed it to gets some space in my phones internal memory but as i opened the app and selected
the format as ext3 the said i have to reboot and i pressed the "" restart now ""button,thats it and the phone just got stuck i waited for some time no buttons responded so removed the battery and tried turning it on but it just shows a blank screen after showing the model no. and i CANT enter recovery mode but i can enter odin (but my laptop does not recognize the device,eventhough i have tried installing all the usb drivers and kies ,i dont know if its because of the data cable or windows8 or my phone ) so i removed my external sd copied all my files and saw (in mini tool partition wizard)that my 2nd partition was full(512 mb)i didnt know what to do and i formatted everything(sd).
i dont know what to do next .someone please help!!!

Hello all, I need help to solve my phone problem. I'm from Malaysia and this is a local brand phone called Ninetology Black Pearl 2.

Situation:
I was surfing the internet and the phone suddenly freeze. I thought i just a normal lag, but i waited too long and pulled out the battery. Reattached battery and try to switch it on, but there's only a logo appeared and it off and on over and over again. I've tried to go to recovery but failed! I totally need some expert advise how to revive my phone. Thank you in advance.

I have unlocked the bootloader successfully but i cannot enter the recovery mode to root the device. When i try to enter in recovery mod, only a black screen appears. Can anyone help me on this?

After update my Clockwork Recovery to 6.0.4.6, I tryed to enter on the Recovery Mode by pressing Up + Power + Home on reboot.

The recovery starts but it just shows "ClockWordkMod Recovery v6.0.4.6" and then the phone is rebooted.

After all, I came back to Rom Manager app and click on "Restart on Recovery Mode" button. Now my phone is stuck on a loop, it can't enter in Recovery mode and can't boot normally. Only thing I can do is enter on Odin mode.

I already tried to remove the battery for a few minutes but the problem continues when I put it back.

What can I do?

My friend tried to install a rom after full wipe but he got installation failed. Now his phone shuts down after the htc logo. Cant even enter bootloader by pressing volume down + power. Any help guys?

Hi guys,

i've decided to finaly unlock my bootloader and flash a new rom, i thought maybe KitKat...
unfortunately i can't get into fastboot...i keep getting the dead android with red triangle.
tablet is working as usual, and i get the 3 options when trying to get into fast boot ( vol. down+ power)
but when i chose RCK it starts loading for a sec' and the dead android apears.

is this some kind of brick?
i have JB 4.2.1 OTA

i've search the forum & googled it, and i couldn't find a clear answer...

any solutions for this?

excuse me sir, i'm new here. I got a new core here and i interested in moster ROM in this thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2520999 ) so i started to instal CWM recovery. i've followed this step ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2517850 ) because in 1st it didn't work i try the second one.

it worked i can enter recovery mode now, but because my fail, i'm not instal the custom rom but just flash it all. it's ok missed my data, but it booted normally like first buy (it said need soft update, etc., and i want to try back again to instal the monster rom again, and i try to enter recovery mode again. but why after i press vol+ > home > power after samsung logo it just went black? after holding it about 30s it still blank and if i released the button it booted back to normal. what's the problem bro pls help. i'm just new in this modding world :fingers-crossed:

*note : i mean what is that problem means? am i need to reflash it through odin like this ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2520772 ) said, and start instal cwm all over again or there's is another problem here? a help will be very appreciated here :)

Can't enter to recovery and fastboot topic

I can't enter to recovery ti flash CM11. I had ViperX but i flashed CM11 boot.img, so phone doesnt swithchin on. On hboot i press POWER button to select recovery mode but it just goes up. i cant select anything. also cant enter to fastboot for entering to recovery via pc sdk commander. Kindly asking to help.

Hello XDA'ers.

I am currently trying to get a custom ROM on my phone.
I got it rooted, and I got CWM PhilZ Recovery on it, so that is done.

I can't enter debug mode though. A friend of mine said this is required for ADB.

What I did: I entered "About device" and pressed "build#" 5 times, until Dev-mode was unlocked. Then I ticked "USB-debugging", but nothing happens when I plug it into my PC.
I have Kies 3, so all drivers should be there. I tried different USB ports too.

Any idea what is happening?

Alright, so I'm currently having some issues after attempting to install Sungsonic's latest ROM (V-7) and I'm stuck in a bootloop as well as CWM etc isn't working. I do however have access to the Odin Downloader (Standard Recovery?) yet flashing any type of recovery won't work.

Here's the log for when I attempted to get Philz running.

So summed up, Volume Down, home and power works and puts me into the Downloading mode but Volume up, home and power does nothing and will only show the N7100 logo briefly before restarting and doing the same thing. Anyone got an idea of what I can do next?

ASUS Transformer TF300T Stuck at ASUS Logo and cannot enter into Fastboot topic

Hi guys,

I tried to flash Cyanogenmod, but must have done something wrong because now my tablet is stuck at the splash screen with the Asus logo and I cannot use Fastboot to select a usb (I cannot do the Power button+volume down button method). How can I restore fastboot access? Also, my computer won't recognize my tablet, so how can I restore access to that as well.

Any ideas?

I want to see the stock recovery... (First time).
Later I will try to install the Custom recovery, but for now I wanaa figure out what the problem with the device?
