As slim case as possible? topic

Looking for a case/bumper that's as low profile as possible, I don't want my phone to turn into a big brick. There are probably threads like this before but I don't feel like searching today!

Spigen Google Nexus 5 Case Slim - RED topic

Hey guys,


I just bought the Spigen Google Nexus 5 Case Slim in RED. I have to say im very impressed it is very slick and bright red. I would recommend it and it is very thin perfect for Qi charging. Also it protects the camera lens nicely and the the camera + led looks very good inside of the case can't show as I only have the nexus 5, just take my word for it. It also has a really nice feel to it hard to describe.

[Q] JellyBean 4.1.2 Slim Beans port topic

Hi everyone,
I'm learning to work with roms, and have chosen lloirs excellent build of slim bean 3.15 on the HTC One V. I was wondering if anyone with post experience of working on jb had any advice on things I could tweak or explore the utilisation of on the rom, not just to make it better but also for a good learning experience. So far I have spent the last few days trying to recompile the SystemUI, but today I found the slim jb-apktool, which i thought would hold the answer :'( but to no avail so far. Any help would be super welcome

Hi everyone,
I have reported Curtis version of Slim bean, and have made a few changes that suited my desires.

- Holo HD used
- Latest play store added
- Change in Dexorpt flags
- UI is adjusted closer to AOSP
- Added sysnotify
- Added ES-Explorer
- Added Original calendar widget

-removed a few more unused files

I would like to add that this has been a learning exercise for me, more than anythings else. I would like to thank Lloir for the original source, Curtis for the driving force and updates, MameTozio for all his hard work on porting this and other roms. Any issues please post in the Q&A section.

Future plans include , making the whole theme greyscale, before working further into the guts of a rom with the hope of working out how to port or compile a 4.2.2 Slim bean for the HOV. If anyone has any advice that would be super!

[APN PROBLEM WITH] [4.1.2] [UB] Slim Bean Unofficial Build (Stable#2) [FINAL BUILD] topic

Hi,
I am not able to set and save an APN for Internet and MMS settings ....... also after new clean install, it won´t save any APN settings, I´m realy annoyed about this. Anyone knows a fix for this???

Themed 4.1.2 Slim Browser topic

This is a themed browser for any 4.1.2 cm based rom. MAY work on ics..but not tested and can not assure you it will. But you are more than welcome to try. This is a variation of the themed browser in Slimbean roms. Not the same theming as those offered in slimbean and meant for users of other 4.1.2 roms and also as an alternate theme for those using the current slimbean themed browser. Enter recovery,wipe cache,dalvik-cache,flash zip and reboot. Be sure to backup your current browser in case you want to revert. One screen only but the entire browser is themed and looks pretty good. So have fun with it :)

There is a Android 4.3 Slim for Motorola G? topic

I would like to flash a ROM as slim as possibile, without all the applications offered by Motorola and Google? Any advices.
At the same time, I would like a ROM based on Android 4.3.
