[Fix] WiFi "Turned off" error when 3G on topic

I've been struggling to solve this problem for a week. Sometimes WiFi and 3G stay connected like below (see the notification bar)

Or sometimes I can't connect to WiFi when I have 3G enabled. It was saying my wireless SSID is "Turned off" like below

I was really mad about this :)
But luckily I found the solution. I'm posting here the fix for others who have the same problem.

[Q] roaming data turned off but there's still usage record. N9005 HK 4.3 MK1 topic

I have never enabled the roaming data option in the phone but in my trip to the states, there was tiny data usage everyday and I was charged for around US!!! I guess it is AGPS's data download but there's no way confirm.
it's the first time I have this issue with android phones. anyone seen similar issue?

I turn my phone off every night when I go to sleep, but whenever I plug it in to charge it always turns strait back on again. This is really annoying.
I am running a rooted Samsung Galaxy Mini 2 with Cyanogen mod 10.1 also, I am using the stock charger. Please help me fix this as it is really annoying.

Firstly I was having SamFlare V5 installed on my phone with CWM 6.0.3.0 then i tried to update to CWM 6.0.4.4 which was not working then again i replaced with older one. Now SIM cards are not getting detected and SIM MANAGEMENT from settings in disabled and when i checked in ENGINEERING MODE in CDS INFORMATION i found that RADIO is TURNED OFF...

Then i tried to install Canvas 4 Stock ROM but same problem persists...:crying::crying::crying:

Charging with phone turned off? topic

I have noticed I'm unable to charge with the phone turned off.it turns on as soon as i connect the charger.

Hello, I urgently need your help!

After the upgrade I have error reset with the LGMobile Support Tool, I suddenly have only 16 gb gb instead of 32
Wanted to ask if anyone had the same problem or knows about it. In the xda forum is that there are various KDZ for 16 and 32 gb,'ve all tried, but have still 10 gb free.

[Q] Xperia neo V not turned on topic

I also have this problem on my Sony Xperia Neo V. When I turn on my phone its show Sony then Xperia after that it restart again and again. I already try to use PC companion bt I can not connect my phone with PC Companion. i thing my phone OS was crashed. Now that I am doing. plz somebody help me.
