Apple Script topic

Hello i was woundering, is there not possible to make a apple script or maybe use Cheat engine to change the amount of apples? and then sell them. Instead of change the memory of money or injecting a script.

Would it be possible ? I think it would be more safe because admins often looks at the money not apples ? xD
