Bricked my Phone topic

Hi.

stupidly i flashed a wrong CWM Recovery Image on my Xiacai X9

Now i'm in a bootloop and i cannot go into recovery mode by Hardware (Vol+-, PwrBtn)

I tried to get a connection with MTK Droid Tools because a made a full backup before rooting.
SP Flash Tool is not working as well.
I think both tools need USB Debugging to be turned on which is not enabled on my phone.
So how do i get a connection to my phone to replace the recovery Image?

I played around with ADB and Fastboot but did not get it working at all.

Any Tips for me, please?
