Can't re-unlock topic

Heeeey guys, today I messed up everything.
I tried to flash the stock 4.4.2 sense RUU, failed, tried relocking bootloader, failed.
so I converted to GPE with the conversion zip
now I want just to unlock the bootloader, I am already s-off
if I fastboot oem unlock terminal gives me this:

If I flash unlock_code.bin gives me

but doesn't give me the unlock page on the phone....

what the.....hell am I supposed to do?!
