GPS locking on SGP312 with 4.3 update .109 topic

One of the main purpose for this tab is to use it as a GPS. in the past it sort of work but not fast enough to be use, always waiting for a satellite fix with this update it got worst most of the time it sees 19 or 20 or more but take 5 to 10 minutes to lock ... any one have this or any solution for this.... :confused:

I did tried GPS status and reset the agps data !!!!!
