Help me with this pink screen.. topic

hello everyone..
can you have any suggestion or advice why this is happening to my phone..

im having trouble with the screen sometime pink color appear on my screen..

i am just using "FILTER YOUR SCREEN" application so i can get the normal color tone of my phone...

at first its just pink spot now i get a whole pink color on my screen.. i never drop my phone.. please anyone help me..
