Help. restarting after the lg logo appears optimus P705 topic

hey there :)

I'm using LG optimus P705 .. it suddenly doesn't open after the LG logo appears it restart itself then the logo then restart again ...
tried to boot it, but it doesn't continue and restart..

I really don't know what to do :crying:
Pleassssseee help me :(
