I added some custom icons to the default icon pack in the HaSa MIUI v3.1.25 [ALL MDPI] rom found on this thread:

Basically, what I did was make their icon fit more into the MIUI look and feel (square and ronded edge). I only made these icons for the apps that I think don't look good with the default MIUI launcher's auto-adding of background colored square icons. This still has the icons that are contained on the default one provided by the ROM. I just added mine to the mix.
Here's the list of the added icons to the pack:
I'll try to add more icons as I continue to use the ROM (I just make the icons when I install an app and it doesn't look right to me).
How to use?
Use any file manager with root capabilities. (I use Root Explorer.)
Step 1:
Download icons_CoffeeCone.rX.zip and extract it to reveal "icons" file.
Step 2:
Move or copy "icons" to /system/media/theme/default/
(Optional: Backup your own "icons".)
Step 3:
Change permission of "icons" to rw-r--r--.
Step 4:
Go to /data/system/customized_icons/ and delete all the images there.
(NOTE: This is done so it will regenerate the icons on next reboot and will no longer include the ones that have custom icons, thus saving space.)
Step 5:
Reboot.
And that's about it! If you want to know how I made the icons, just send me a or something. I don't know if this will be of use to anyone but I would just like to put this out there in case somebody looks for it.
