Okay so this was explained in a couple of threads but im going to make a thread about it for others who didnt see it.

Okay, so first you'll have to get a time capsule/note and whatever you want to dupe, go into a server, better in a safezone, place the note then the item, then open the note and hit "report abuse", it should kick you, or kick you moments later, you should then have the item on your charector in the charactor screen, log back in and it should be on the ground...now stormz has to register the item being there so, wait REAL seconds, then repeat, you can do with 2 items, then keep going up, i duped 17 vss's at a time.
This might work in other emulators, i dont know go try :D
