Phone as test device, software/hardware details protected and unnecessary items. topic

Hi guys, I'm having a lot of issues with my phone. I have done factory reset twice now and the issues are still there.

Hardware and software details are "protected", unnecessary items appearing on notifications tab. And yes, phone says its a test device.
