[Q] AccuWeather widget for AOSP 4.42? topic

So this my be a noob question, as I have mostly been on TW ROMS, but is it possible to run the s4 AccuWeather widget on AOSP kit Kat 4.42? Or is this a TW only thing? If so could anyone provide me with any links? I am on carbon rom for kit Kat currently. Thanks
