[Q] CWM Recovery Not Working topic

I am trying to root my AT&T S3 i747 OS-4.3. I followed the instructions to flash CWM Recovery from this website http://www.theandroidsoul.com/latest...-4-compatible/ but it doesn't seem to work. In Odin3 it says that it passed but when i try to boot up CWM recovery it still boots up android recovery. Any suggestions or another route to root my phone that doesn't require a wipe? My end goal is to install a tether app that works on phone. I currently have FoxFi but the update to 4.3 broke the wifi mode.
