[Q] Getting Touch Wiz 4.4.2 topic

Right now i have PACman rom with phillz recovery, but GPS is not working well; it does not follow when car moves in applications.
Now how do i get the 4.4.2 twz update. Can i flash rom update on top of 4.3 twz? Is Odin necessary when flashing twz roms?
