[Q] Guide on how to install Cyanogen please? topic

Ok, so I want to install Cyanogen 11.0 on my phone. But unforch, I'm a COMPLETE NOOB, I've never rooted my phone, etc. before. Can someone please provide a simple guide, starting w/ what I need before Cyanogen and CWM? (The CWM link is a bad download, couldn't unzip file)
