[Q] How can I install sirius system dump. tar.bz2 in my Xperia sp? topic

I want to install new leaked sirius ui on my Xperia sp.... But I can't install the rom,,,I convert that into .zip file,,,, even though I can't install it,,, plz help me guys,,,
