Finally root your HTC Desire 700 Dual Sim


Download and install the following before starting the Unlock Bootloader
Google Android SDK zip:
http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

Java Runtime Environment:
http://java.com

HTC Sync (Windows Only):
http://www.htc.com/www/help/

1. Go to http://www.htcdev.com
2. Select Unlock Bootloader
3. Click Get Started
4. In the drop down menu select "All other supported model"
5. Follow the instructions in next page and till to the end.
6. Once you unlocked the bootloader your warranty will be void.
7. Now go to http://www.mgyun.com/en/getvroot and download VROOT.
8. Install and follow the instruction. Your phone will be rooted.

I have done this on my own risk and rooted my phone. If you not sure about something please don't try this.
